Howdy y’all.

Another week and another slamming session, followed by a mad after party.

Anyway it’s my birthday tomorrow so today our rehearsal was undertaken with an extra sense of fun and celebration, everyone staying on afterwards to celebrate. In fact everyone is still here, sitting around me as I write this weeks blog entry.

Again, this week we spent much of the time working on People Are Strange, before and after lunch. We got a lot more work done on our version of the song, pretty much deciding on how and what we are going to play, and playing it through a couple of times. It still needs a lot of practice but we’re getting there.

After People Are Strange we went on to play our four songs a few times before beginning the festivities. All in all it was a very satisfying and productive session.

I’m going to head back to the party now, keep rocking people.
